Exchanges
Free exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with hygiene seal intact.
To start an exchange, contact hello@sergiobasstini.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
Returns & Refunds
For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if:
- The hygiene seal/liner is intact and unbroken, and
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
We're unable to accept returns on items that don't meet these conditions, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your country or region.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@sergiobasstini.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll organise a replacement, exchange or refund at no cost to you.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region, which may entitle you to a repair, replacement or refund beyond what's described above. This policy is in addition to, not instead of, those rights.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
